It is an interesting layout and if I wasn't paired with a local who knew the ins and outs, I wouldn't have had such a great time. Great course and great value and it is a must play if you are coming into LA on vacation. The fairways and greens are in absolutely fantastic shape right now. The course layout is a wonderful Gail Hanse design with wide fairways and huge green complexes but don't let that fool you as three puts are simple to achieve. The sandtraps here are the only weak part of the course but to be expected…
