Looks like the range is open to the public, but the course is semi private. The clubhouse is the next left up the road, you get the cart and drive down to this range about 3min
Came in on a Saturday around 4pm and it wasn't very busy. Buy tokens at the front desk to get driving range balls. Just get them before 6pm, because they lock up the machine.
