A few tee boxes could use some work, mainly leveling, better grass coverage, and improved drainage, but overall the course is in good shape. Walked 9 in the evening. Great value for the price. There was one tee box (#5 I think) that was in rough shape, mostly sand, but other than that greens were solid and fairways were great. Again, for the price it was great. Will be back
