My group arrived on time for our tee time. As we were checking in, the front desk employee immediately spoke to us in a way that felt rude, dismissive, and condescending. We were told that we “didn’t have time for anything” and that we had already been called. While I completely understand the importance of keeping tee times on schedule, there is a respectful way to communicate that to customers.…
