They have great drainage throughout the winter. At Christmas I played Campbell River, Chemainus and Cordova Bay Victoria. All three were very muddy especially Victoria. Nice track. Pro shop staff were very friendly and accommodating, course conditions were excellent, beachside location can't be beat, and the layout is reasonably challenging for a somewhat shorter course. Played as a twosome at 730am and got around 9 holes in 1 hr 28 minutes!!
