Course conditions were above average and the thick bermuda rough was nice for a change. Clean tee boxes!! Fairly easily course if you can keep it in the fairway. Today was the first time playing the course. The fairways and greens are in fantastic shape. Greens are really fast! Well worth the $1300 a year membership however I live in Newport News and that commute everyday would be crazy. Great deal if you live in norfolk.
